CX Today has its renewed partnership with the Call & Contact Centre Expo, the most comprehensive and celebrated CX event in the UK.

The expo shines a light on how the customer experience realm is evolving by connecting customer service and engagement professionals with the latest tools, techniques, and systems.

Taking place at ExCeL London on the 29th and 30th of November, it also brings together industry experts from stalwart tech brands – such as Cisco, Five9, Genesys, NICE, Zoom, and many more.
