LiveVox has partnered with PlanetOne to expand its sales reach and offer omnichannel contact centre solutions to PlanetOne’s US channels partners.

The deal will see LiveVox introducing PlanetOne’s channel partners to its complete ecosystem of solutions. LiveVox will also inform and enable the channel partners with PlanetOne’s business platform Sentient.

PlanetOne’s Sentient gives channel partners and providers a 360-degree view of the entire sales lifecycle and serves as a partner engagement portal for faster and smarter operation.
