Observe.ai has launched a new offering for high-volume B2C sales teams.
The company says its latest solution allows teams to track behaviours that lead to successful outcomes, strengthen script adoption and conversational flow, and gain insights into situational factors that influence sales.

Last October, Observe.ai also launched its Intelligent Workforce Platform to transform contact centres by embedding AI into customer conversations and agent workflows.
