Voice technology vendor Pindrop has partnered with Google Cloud to offer new authentication solutions to customers using Google Cloud platform.
The partnership will also enable Google Cloud customers to leverage Pindrop’s call centre security and anti-fraud protection solutions for Google’s Contact Centre AI. These solutions aim to enable better customer experiences and increase flexibility.

Through Google Cloud’s secure infrastructure, customers can deploy Pindrop’s new voice security solutions to automate device-based interactions. The two companies will also execute a joint go-to-market strategy via Google Cloud Marketplace.
