UJET has released a plan to help SMBs kickstart their migration journey cloud to the contact centre.
The plan introduces online purchasing, pay-as-you-go pricing, bring-your-own-carrier (BYOC), and a $39 SMB Promotion.
By embracing any of these options, SMBs can enjoy greater control and flexibility, driving better CX.
Making this point, Vasili Triant, Chief Operating Officer of UJET, says:

UJET believes their new offerings will help SMBs deliver “superior and memorable customer experiences” with the solution that large organisations are already using but at a fraction of the cost.
The offering will enable SMBs to purchase the solutions directly through the company’s website with a credit card and utilise “pay-as-you-go” usage-based pricing. Customers can also choose traditional seat-based pricing if it fits their needs better.
In addition, the BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier) option will allow businesses to choose their preferred telecommunications provider or leverage UJET’s global voice infrastructure.
Lastly, companies can purchase UJET’s CCaaS solution for $39 per seat for the first 25 users. This is a limited-time SMB promotion.
