Competition within the CX tech market is rife, with hundreds of vendors from CCaaS to CRM promising to deliver a significant ROI.

The task of our esteemed judges to trim down a long list of 100+ entrants is not easy. They scoured each application, mulled over each offering, and took the utmost care in crafting a shortlist of finalists that dug deep to showcase the full value of their portfolios.  

In doing so, many worthy CX vendors failed to make the cut. Yet, each of their applications added significant value to the event. As such, those of us at CX Today would like to thank every participant for contributing to an event that stands out on the customer experience calendar.  

Moreover, we’d love to welcome you all back next year and provide the platform to showcase the incredible achievements many of you are sure to make in 2023.
