Bright Pattern and Arthur Lawrence, a prominent global management and technology consulting firm, have forged a partnership aimed at revolutionising digital practices and elevating customer experience across various regions, including the UAE, Saudia Arabia, and North America.

Through the tie-up, Arthur Lawrence said the partnership will bolster its delivery of top-tier business transformations for enterprise-level organizations by leveraging cutting-edge CX technology and streamline management processes

Last month, Bright Pattern announced its official certification for Microsoft Teams, signifying that its solutions and APIs have undergone rigorous testing and review by Microsoft. It also announced a partnership with solutions distributor emt Distribution, providing value-added opportunities for channel partners and enabling partner automation. emt Distribution aims to become the leading IT Value Added Distributor globally.
