This year has been full steam ahead for the company, as they celebrated leaving Chapter 11, and grab hold of new opportunities in the competitive business space. Recently, the business announced that they would be appointing Tara Dunning – a renowned industry leader, as Chief Revenue Officer.

Dunning’s responsibilities in the recently created role will involve cross-functional management of all the revenue-generation processes embraced by the brand. This will include overseeing offer development for the company, enablement, pricing, sales, channel operations, and the decision of which automation systems and tools to use. Dunning will be concentrating on ensuring customer success and commerce speed while deriving simplification and transformation in Avaya’s go-to-market strategy.
