We encourage guest blogs that are:

  • Relevant to a CX reader base 
  • Well-written to the standard of our leading CX publication 
  • Able to resolve ‘issues’ for our readers – business challenges that you can help address or offer guidance  

Our commercial team are on hand for any sales pitches, so we kindly ask you do not send us your press releases. We are however, interested in tips, guides or collaboration wisdom you may have. Please include any relevant links to research. Articles containing other blogs and news pieces will not be accepted.  

Our talented editorial team will promote your guest blog on our website and also push the piece across our thriving social media channels too, though we do ask you also take the time to share your CX Today article with your network if it makes it onto our platform. 

All blogs will be rubber-stamped with an author byline, bio (that you provide) and a link to your LinkedIn page should you supply this to us, as well as a link to your company website so our readers can make contact should they want to know about you and your business or brand. Make sure that you supply a company logo with your article, as well as your full name, job title, and brand name. 

Submit CX articles to our editorial team related to big data, artificial intelligence, strategy or analytics topics and please ensure they’re between 500 and 1,000 words long to get started.

  • Not a sales pitch – make sure that it’s something helpful, intuitive, and useful for our target audience  
  • 100% unique and original – not published (or submitted for publication) elsewhere 
  • Author name, job title and company provided and link to company homepage provided, for use in signature/bio 
  • Edited to the standard of our leading UC publication 

If it all checks out – send it in to us. 

One final note, we only accept guest blog submissions from corporate/business email addresses.
