CX Today is excited to announce the launch of the CX Leaders Awards, a brand-new initiative dedicated to celebrating the individuals who are driving the future of customer experience.

Historically, we’ve acknowledged outstanding professionals through our CX Awards, but this year, we’re elevating our efforts with an entirely new awards program that specifically honors the people who keep businesses connected and thriving.

The CX Leaders Awards are part of a broader push by CX Today to foster a vibrant CX community alongside other initiatives like the CX All-Stars Series and our LinkedIn groups.

CX Today Founder Rob Scott said: “I’m thrilled to announce the launch of the CX Leaders Awards, a platform dedicated to celebrating the true innovators and trailblazers of the customer experience industry.

This is more than just an award, it’s our way of recognizing the people who are pushing boundaries, creating forward-thinking CX strategies and fostering postive, inclusive cultures.

“We’ve always believed in the power of individuals to drive change, and this is our opportunity to spotlight those making the biggest impact.

“I’m excited to see the incredible talent that will emerge through these awards.”

Who Are the CX Leaders Awards For?

The CX Leaders Awards will recognize professionals across the entire CX ecosystem—from vendors to channel partners and enterprises.

Our aim is to highlight not only senior leaders but also the rising stars, unsung heroes, and those cultivating inclusive cultures within their organizations.

Every category will acknowledge the leaders shaping the customer experience community.

Details on award categories will be announced soon, with applications set to open on September 2nd.

After the submission window closes, our esteemed panel of industry experts will carefully review the entries and select the winners, who will be honored during a virtual ceremony this November.

Winning these awards will solidify your status as a leader in the field.

Our judges include many recognizable industry figures, with the complete panel set to be announced soon.
