Successful Handover of SBC network for a Tier 1 Mobile Operator in Asia.

Who is your business hero and why?

Not sure I have one single hero, but I came across quite a large group of entrepreneurs and leaders who did and do an impressive job.

What’s the biggest business mistake you’ve made and what did you learn from it?

To give up on a major investment program due to board resistance and me becoming tired of reasoning and educating. Like in a Marathon, the last miles are the toughest ones and to go that extra length is always worth it.

What’s the most inspirational book you’ve ever read and why?

Like before – there are a few but to pick one: The Black Swan from N. Taleb.

What’s the biggest challenge you face in your role in 2024?

Economic uncertainty and geo political issues that impact the business climate and customers ability to invest and grow or even meet their payment obligations.

What technology will have the greatest impact on your business this year and why?

AI and the opportunities that come with it and how we can tap into them fast enough and meaningful enough.
