Get Connected, the flagship CX event of CCaaS vendor Puzzel, will take place on Tuesday, September 20.

Initially pencilled in for September 15, the event now comes five days later as rail strikes threatened to prevent many attendees from coming along.

Luckily, Puzzel has managed to tie down the ETC. Venues in St.Paul’s, London, to minimise any further disruption.

Moreover, attendees can expect no changes to the original schedule, with all the expert speakers set to appear as planned.

Jonathan Allan, Chief Marketing Officer at Puzzel, added: “The pandemic stopped us from coming together and enjoying the advantages of meeting in person for too long. We shouldn’t let a rail strike deprive us of that privilege for another year.

While the change in date isn’t ideal, we believe it’s important that our community has the opportunity to meet in person without the added stress of travel disruptions and cancellations.

Indeed, the event will provide many with the chance to network while staying up to date on the latest trends and innovations in the contact centre space.

Making a comeback for the first time since 2019, the Puzzel team hopes to push the boundaries further this year and provide even more value for attendees.

As such, the vendor plans to wow with its expert-led keynotes, engaging tech demos, and opportunities to engage with some of the sharpest minds in contact centres.

Sharing more in conversation with CX Today, Sundeep Boughan, Director of Sales Engineering at Puzzel, said:

Having a mixture of external speakers with some great thought-leadership, together with some very real-world examples of customer and digital engagement, you get the full picture of potential challenges, how we are going to solve those, and ideas to move forward.

These external speakers will include two esteemed judges from the 2022 CX Awards, Martin Hill-Wilson and Nerys Corfield, who will take to the floor after Puzzel CEO Frederic Laziou.

Their keynotes will cover topics that include the latest on digital engagement, piecing together a service vision, and the future of performance improvement.
