Talkdesk, the leading cloud contact centre for innovative enterprises, has been chosen as a winner in the 2021 Excellence in Customer Service Awards, presented by the Business Intelligence Group (BIG).

Talkdesk was recognised as an Organisation of the Year for its Business Transformation Services (BTS). The BTS model helps enterprises bring to life their own unique vision of the contact centre of the future, by employing a strategic, long-term approach. The BTS framework covers all stages of the customer journey, including the development of the CX business case and actionable execution plan.

The framework also allows for the implementation of an end-to-end cloud CX platform, and customer success support for realising and measuring the value of CX investment.

Besides winning the Excellence in Customer Service award, Talkdesk also received its third consecutive 2021 BIG Innovation Award for Talkdesk CX Cloud for the industry’s first and modern global end-to-end CX solution.

Organisations worldwide submitted their innovations for consideration in the BIG Innovation Awards and the nominations were judged by a select group of business leaders and executives.
