Akixi, a provider of cloud-based call reporting and analytics, announced its integration with Webex Calling, giving even more organisations access to its customisable reports and business analytics service.

Akixi wallboards and dashboards provide real-time at-a-glance visibility of details such as how Webex Calling users are performing against SLAs and other KPIs, how many calls are queueing and the value of potential revenue in the queue. They can also schedule reports to be emailed out at a given time and day to increase business efficiency.

Akixi’s cloud-based call reporting and analytics software provides businesses with over 400 historic and real-time statistics across 20 different report types including dashboards and wallboards.

Since joining the Cisco Solution Partner Programme in 2019, the company has expanded its service offerings and provided new opportunities for its end-users.
