Qlik Data Integration has been added to Google Cloud Marketplace to make it easier for Google customers to buy the product.

The announcement is the latest in a string made by the pair of companies, which has seen Qlik become a Premier Level Google partner.

Itamar Ankorion, SVP Technology Alliances at Qlik, said:

“Cloud platforms like Google Cloud are serving as key aspects of customers’ strategies to unlock more value from their core business data.”

“As a premier partner and certified for our expertise in transforming and delivering real-time data from any source, augmented by our new listing on the Google Cloud Marketplace, customers can easily procure and deploy with confidence Google Cloud and Qlik together to help drive data-driven decision making across their organization.”

Qlik says its solution automates real-time data streaming, refinement, cataloguing and publishing from vendors such as SAP Mainframe and Data Warehouses.

Qlik has recently become a partner in the Google Cloud Cortex Framework launch, enabling customers with SAP data to use Qlik’s solutions to manage application-specific data structure.

Manvinder Singh, Director, Partnerships at Google Cloud, said: “Organizations are increasingly looking for solutions that help them to extract more business value from their data.”

“We’re pleased to have Qlik Data Integration available on the Google Cloud Marketplace and provide customers with more ways to make use of their data and technology investments.”

Qlik cited one customer which claimed that using Data Integration has taken the time needed to address issues down from a day to minutes.

The vendor has made a number of announcements over recent months, including the launch of a new cloud region in APAC and a hybrid cloud analytics platform.

It has also made two recent acquisitions, in the form of Big Squid and NodeGraph.
