The Customer Contact Week (CCW) planned for June 28 through July 1, 2021 is cancelled. The situation with Covid-19 and the expected political decisions have influenced the lack of any reliable statement on whether the CCW will be happening this year, regardless of the highest hygiene and safety measures.

Michael Vlajic, member of the Executive Board of the organiser, Management Circle, said:

“Due to the lack of prospects for opening and the associated lack of planning security for partners and visitors, we have decided to cancel the CCW 2021. We very much regret this cancellation.”

The digital CCW will not be taking place either, as it was not planned from the beginning. The digital platform was designed to be a complement and extension to the physical CCW.

The next planned CCW will be taking place from March 21 through March 24, 2022, in the ECC Berlin, Germany, in a hybrid format.

“Even though we are all disappointed at the moment, we are very happy to look ahead and work towards an impressive and successful CCW 2022. We would like to thank all exhibitors, partners and interested parties who had hoped that the CCW 2021 would take place, and draw a lot of strength and motivation for the CCW 2022 from this trust and encouragement”, adds Vlajic.

CCW 2022 key dates include:

  • Monday, March 21, Innovation Day (Pre-Conference)
  • Tuesday, March 22, First Day of the Conference and Trade Fair
  • Wednesday, March 23, Second Day of the Conference and Trade Fair
  • Thursday, March 24, Inspiration Day (Post-Conference) and Third Day of the Trade Fair
