Contact center events are an excellent opportunity to learn the latest industry trends, spot opportunities, and network.

Here is our roundup of the top contact center events for the second half of the year, which you may wish to attend.

1. ICMI Contact Center Expo

In parallel with a digital event in May, the ICMI is bringing its trademark contact center expo back to Orlando, Florida, from October 27-30.

While many similar events lead with technology, the ICMI sheds light on other critical elements of contact center performance.

Through keynotes, live case studies, and training led by the ICMI’s experts, leaders can uncover ideas to increase organizational excellence, develop unflappable leadership skills, and maintain a healthy culture.

2. The Call & Contact Center Expo

Europe’s self-proclaimed leading Call & Contact Center Expo will return to London in 2025.

Visitors can discover the future of customer experience technology and strategies with expert seminars, panel debates, and live demos.

In 2024, the event boasted 120 exhibitors and 90+ speakers. Attendees can expect something similar next year, with the Expo team getting better each year at bringing in speakers with bigger stories to tell.

There is currently no official date for this event, but it’s likely to take place in November at the ExCel, London.

3. Customer Contact Week Europe

An event for contact center, CX, and digital service leaders, Customer Contact Week Europe (CCW) brings insights from businesses at the leading edge of customer engagement, including GetYourGuide, ING, and Lidl.

In addition, event organizers promise an “immersive learning experience”. That will include sessions covering everything from AI and analytics to employee experience and well-being.

There’s also much more to enjoy, with this being the flagship European event for the largest global customer contact event series, running over three days from October 6th to 8th, 2025, in Amsterdam.

4. GITEX Global

GITEX Global returns to Dubai in 2025, claiming to be “the world’s best tech event”.

Unifying the world’s most advanced companies, pioneers, thinkers, researchers, and developers, GITEX focuses on AI solutions that influence customer experiences, shape society, and fast-track future urbanism.

GITEX GLOBAL runs at the Dubai World Trade Center from the 13th to the 16th of October, 2025.

5. The Contact Center and Customer Services Summit

The Contact Center and Customer Services Summit brings together innovative solution providers and industry professionals to build relationships one-on-one.

Moreover, the event aims to match buyers with the best-placed supplier, so they can learn, connect, and discuss opportunities to enhance service experiences.

The Contact Center and Customer Services Summit takes place from September 8th to 9th, 2025, in Manchester at the Hilton Deansgate.

6. Contact.io 2025

Contact.io belongs to the Lead Generation World series of conferences that aim to network contact center professionals with industry experts who share best practices to push businesses forward. In 2025, the event will take place from August 27-29 in Denver, Colorado.

Creating an open and friendly environment for call center executives, marketers, and technology leaders, the Contact.io team attracts hundreds of industry professionals every year.

7. The Customer Show

Welcoming over a thousand attendees and more than one hundred speakers, The Customer Show claims to be: “The #1 CX event you must attend.”

In 2024, its schedule split into three areas: customer insights and analytics, next-gen CX, and contact center transformation, as the event aimed to drive CX innovation at scale.

While the schedule is currently in the works for 2025, speakers from Bupa, Specsavers, and Zappos have been announced.

The event will take place at the Marvel Stadium, Melbourne, from August 13-14.

8. Customer Engagement Summit 2025

The Customer Engagement Summit 2025 brings together customer service leaders and other CX pros from the likes of Ford, IKEA, and Sky.

The event takes place in Battersea, London on Thursday, October 9, and is expected to attract 2,000+ attendees.

These attendees may visit six stages, each focusing on one of six topics, including the future of the contact center, customer contact, and customer experience management.

9. The UK National Contact Center Conference 2025

Also in London, the Contact Center Management Assosciation’s hallmark event takes place on Tuesday, September 30 in Westminster.

It may be a smaller conference than many of the others on this list, but it features speakers from the likes BT, Heineken, and Jaguar in one closely-considered agenda that aims to empower all attendees with actionable guidance to improve contact center performance.

Critically, many of these speakers are not appearing in collaboration with their tech providers, enabling them to speak more openly about their contact center evolutions.
