Companies will be able to access CI technology in Looker, Tableau, Mode Analytics, and more. The update should help revenue teams to harness the voice of the customer more effectively in their ecosystems.

According to the CEO of Chorus.ai, Jim Benton, the company’s ability to bring the customer’s voice into every system will help organisations deliver next-generation customer experiences. The new step in Chorus.ai’s effort to drive an open ecosystem reflects the company’s continued investment into its platform. It also helps more customers to embrace the technology.

What’s New with Chorus.ai?

With the latest announcement, Chorus’ portfolio includes:

  • A native integration with Slack that enables recordings and voice of the customer insight snippets within collaborative workflows. This ensures that teams can unlock Chorus benefits in the systems they already use
  • A Zapier integration where unique actions and triggers can be automated to deliver greater productivity on the things that matter most. Teams can push insights to revenue leaders to alert them of key moments, like when a desk risk is flagged on a call
  • A CI (Conversational Intelligence) API, which allows all users to build on Chorus’ advanced outcome-based analytics solution. Teams can leverage conversation intelligence throughout the entire organisation by embedding it into other tools, like a BI or CRM platform. This helps revenue leaders to discover new opportunities

Chorus also recently announced that it is a featured launch partner for the new Zapps marketplace created by Zoom. Chorus will be available as a Zapp to deliver real-time intelligence in video meetings. This partnership builds on the existing ties between Zoom and Chorus. Chorus was the first CI platform to launch a new native integration with Zoom.

The new innovations within the Chorus portfolio are the latest in a string of updates from Chorus. In September, the brand also launched a new patent within the Chorus.ai portfolio.
