PCI Pal has announced that it has extended its reseller partnership agreement with CCaaS provider Puzzel to include PCI Pal’s Digital and IVR payment solutions in Puzzel’s portfolio.

Puzzel first joined PCI Pal’s partnership programme in 2018, when it incorporated the flagship PCI Pal Agent Assist solution into its overall contact centre portfolio to offer a PCI compliance telephone-based payment security solution to customers. Following this, Puzzel has successfully implemented Agent Assist into multiple customer infrastructure, such as Business Growth and Lifeplus

Following this success, Puzzel has now added PCI Pal’s full complement of products to its marketplace. Key benefits of PCI Pal include flexible payment solution adapted for mobile apps, web and IVR, secure SMS, credit card, debit card and Instapay payments, flexible integration with other corporate systems and others.
