Customer experience transformation projects are accelerating at an unrelenting pace. Innovations are aplenty, and our judges face the unenviable task of selecting the CX Awards winners from a lengthy list of worthy candidates.

Getting to grips with CX endeavours from across the globe, they will preside over a whole host of exciting prizes. These include: “Best CX Solution”, “Most Innovative Product”, and “CX Leader of the Year”.

Of course, this is no easy task. Yet, with decades of first-hand experience, we believe that our panel has the perfect blend of expertise to crown some truly exceptional CX champions.

So, without further ado, let’s introduce our judges, who hold the fate of our outstanding nominees in the palms of their trusty hands.

Martin Hill-Wilson, Owner, Brainfood Consulting

As one of the most recognisable names within CX, Hill Wilson boasts an impressive career as CEO of the first BPOs and CX consultancies in the UK.

However, in recent years, he has dedicated his hours creating thought-provoking whitepapers, chairing industry events, and mentoring the next-best business leaders of tomorrow.

With such a wide range of experience, only the most ground-breaking innovations will encourage Hill Wilson to raise an eyebrow.

Nerys Corfield, Global Contact Centre Consultant, Injection Consulting

After working alongside world-renowned firms such as Sky, Volkswagen, and Vodaphone, there is little that Corfield is yet to come across.

Having taken the plunge into consultancy in 2015, she now works closely with several companies, helping them reassess and enhance their technology ecosystem.

In doing so, Corfield aims to maximise results for three critical stakeholders; customers, employees, and the business.

Jaimy Szymanski, Industry Analyst & Founding Partner, Kaleido Insights

Research analyst, author, speaker – through whichever channel, there is little that Symanski does not do to support companies in navigating the changes that come with aggressive digital disruption.

Yet, she does not only beat the drum externally. Symanski likes to get her hands dirty, advising corporate leaders through complex digital transformation projects.

With an extensive knowledge of the latest AI technologies, she aims to create differentiated experiences as her clients establish a distinct digital identity.

Julie Tano–Lawson, Founding Member, Women in CX

Leading a contact centre is no easy task. However, it is a role that Tano–Lawson thrived in for many years, creating strategic plans that improved CX results across the company.

With such first-hand experience, she now spends her time mentoring business leaders, enabling them to enhance their CX maturity.

Yet, that is not all. As a founding member of the online community “Women in CX”, Tano Lawson shares her experiences and learns from many other illustrious industry professionals.

Michael Fauscette, Founder, CEO and Chief Analyst, Arion Research

With decades of experience developing and implementing CX technologies, Faucette knows a trail-blazing innovation when he sees one.

Having held some of the most prestigious positions at industry-leading firms – such as G2 – he has spent years sharpening his skillset to help technology buyers make the best decisions.

As a published author, Faucette continues to uncover emerging trends in business software, digital transformation, and CX. In doing so, he spreads unique insights across the industry.

Robin Gareiss, CEO & Principal Analyst, Metrigy

Leading highly-regarded research and strategic advisory team, Gareiss takes pride in assessing the success of many large-scale technology transformation projects.

After sharpening her skillset many years, she now uses her expertise to enable teams to develop digital strategies that pay dividends.

As such, when it comes to getting to grips with outstanding technology installations, few will better understand their widespread impact than Gareiss.
