Dubber, one of the world’s most scalable services for call recording, has signed a new agreement with Telstra. Telstra is a leading technology and telecommunications company, offering a variety of services to markets across Australia.
Dubber announced at the start of February this year that it has signed an agreement with the largest telecommunications company in Australia (Telstra). This agreement will allow Telstra customers to access all the benefits of Dubber’s platform for call recording and data capture for mobile and business telephony. Telstra’s customers will have access to Dubber’s sensational infrastructure, which has already been adopted as a core network solution by various global telecommunications carriers across America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region.
Bringing Dubber to Telstra Customers
Thanks to the new partnership, eligible customers of Telstra with one or more of the following products from the Telstra portfolio will be able to soon subscribe to Dubber’s platform. Eligible products include:
- Telstra SIP connect: A service allowing customers to retain in-place legacy systems over their IP infrastructure solutions
- Telstra IP telephony: A collaboration service built on the cloud which offers a complete UC system for mid to large-sized enterprise customers. This service supports a range of communications, including video conferencing, IP voice, presence, unified messaging, and collaboration
- Telstra Liberate: A leading fixed-mobile convergence solution. This system integrates Unified collaboration and communication tools with mobile service
With these tools, and access to Dubber’s recording and data capturing platform, companies will be able to access systems for regulatory compliance, analytics, and artificial intelligence.
Exciting New Opportunities for Dubber and Telstra

The CEO of Dubber, Steve McGovern, said that the company was delighted to be announcing an agreement with Telstra that will enable more people to join the Dubber platform. Dubber’s commitment to providing extensive call recording on mobile and UC networks allows customers of all sizes to unlock new opportunities for data capture and advanced analytics.
According to Steve, this new agreement with Telstra will help to democratise call recording at a cloud scale, beyond the traditional domain of most contact centre environments. Dubber believes that this new partnership could lead to a whole new class of services for call recording, delivered via SaaS, for business insights, compliance, AI services, and more solutions that were not possible before.
Early adoption will be available for the customers using the aforementioned Telstra services.
