Pink Elephant EMEA, a global IT Service Management specialist, has announced a partnership with Freshworks, a software company empowering businesses to delight their customers and employees.

The partnership will enable both companies to provide their IT Service Management (ITSM) know-how and deliver the intuitive consumer-grade user experience that fits employees’ needs.

Freshworks’ ITSM solution, Freshservice helps customers achieve greater visibility, intelligence, management, and control of their IT service management.
