The CX Awards 2025 is on track to be our biggest-ever event, with a record number of applications.

Still, we’ve been inundated with requests from excited companies to give them an extra couple of days to complete their submissions.

So, we’re answering those calls and extending the entry deadline until Tuesday, May 27.

From 23:59pm (GMT) on the day, the shutters will close so we can start organizing the applications and sending them off to our panel of 16 expert judges.

The deadline extension provides additional time to consider the finer details of your entries instead of rushing through them just to send something in.

Think of it as an opportunity for review, so you can spotlight additional differentiators, pinpoint other key achievements, and inject customer feedback.

It’s also an opportunity for companies that had ruled out applying due to time restraints.

After all, with many industry events happening this month, May has seemed a bit of a blur.

Yet, this breathing space offers the opportunity to reconsider entering the awards, and a couple of days to download the application form, answer three simple questions, and apply.

This is your chance to compete with them toe-to-toe as independent analysts, who have deep knowledge of your market subset, scour each entry.
