Customer experience automation and CRM firm ActiveCampaign has added a new access pillar to its Customer Success Commitment.

The ActiveCampaign Customer Experience Automation Platform allows companies to precisely target prospects via personalised messages, build customer loyalty via analytics and leverage automation to predict customer behaviour. The company’s solution also features a CRM component which utilises email and sales automation to organise customer data, using machine learning, automation, and integrations to personalise the customer experience as well as marketing activities.

The new pillar is aimed at maximising access in terms of services, features and data, with the company planning to establish European data centres in the first half of 2022 as well as expand data residency in the APAC region.

ActiveCampaign’s automation library of skills feautres over 600 “recipes”, with language support being another focus. English, Portuguese, French, Italian, German and Spanish are all supported in its customer experience offering, allowing users to tailor campaigns to customers in their local languages.

ActiveCampaign also said it would introduce an anti-”no-reply” policy to ensure all communications come from monitored locations – in order that all feedback is read by an employee.

“You should be able to respond to any email that a company sends to you,” said Dutta Satadip, Chief Customer Officer at ActiveCampaign. “That’s why we at ActiveCampaign have made this commitment to granting our customers access to our teams, services, platform features and local languages. We’re committed to supporting our customers at every step of their journey, and having full access is a key component to our commitment.”

The company recently celebrated strong second quarter results after a $240mn Series C funding round.

“Customer feedback is essential to any company’s growth. What I value most about our partnership with ActiveCampaign is our shared commitment to sourcing customer feedback and creating a relationship with our mutual customers that fosters a sense of community and ownership in the product,” said Casey Hill, Head of Growth, Bonjoro.
