San Francisco, California-based conversation intelligence platform Chorus.ai has expanded its native Salesforce experience Momentum with Momentum Pipeline. 

The Momentum offering integrates omnichannel interactions such as emails, calls and video meetings and highlights key moments across the history of a relationship. 

“The CRM as we know it has changed with the launch of Momentum,” said Dominik Facher, VP of Product and Engineering at Chorus.ai. “Bringing the voice of the customer to the CRM has always been a challenge and something that has always been missing. Momentum delivers that customer context in the form of conversations, messages and any type of interaction that revenue teams have with their clients. It goes so far as to literally bring the customer’s voice from actual calls or video meetings via a native video player viewable in your client account in the CRM.” 

Momentum Pipeline offers customers a holistic, real-time view of deal pipelines, allowing managers to view the overall health of ongoing opportunities and uncover detailed relationship intelligence on individual accounts.

That conversation intelligence can in turn identify risks and new opportunities without requiring them to leave the chorus platform or CRM.

Among the new features in the Momentum Suite are: 

  • Single roadmap views, including information such as budget risks or the lack of next steps 
  • Access to relationship context, allowing insight into the voice of the customer 
  • Automate data capture to enable monthly, quarterly and yearly planning
