CRM vendor Pipedrive has released a new integrated marketing solution to help customers streamline campaign management.

Campaigns by Pipedrive offers a centralised interface from which users can manage their email marketing campaigns, alongside a 360-degree view of subscriber data.

Shaun Shirazian, Chief Product Officer at Pipedrive, said: “There is a clear gap and need in the market today for an integration of the sales and marketing businesses. Organizations’ bottom lines are more important than ever before – especially as we emerge from the pandemic – and companies are always looking for ways to optimize their business and reduce costs.”

The new solution allows multiple teams to track goals and objectives on the same platform. A unified contacts list includes a bulk import option with no need to export or import data.

Other key features of the platform include insights functionality, targeting options, and email marketing automations.

Elsewhere, Pipedrive has recently launched integrations with WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and DocuSign alongside a new messaging inbox.
