ZoomInfo has supercharged its conversation intelligence platform Chorus with access to new data.

Such data comes from new integrations within the ZoomInfo suite that will enable Chorus to offer deeper deal insights and more accurate predictions to sales professionals.

ZoomInfo Founder and CEO Henry Schuck said: “Establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships between buyers and sellers continues to be at the core of what Chorus and ZoomInfo offer.”

“With these powerful integrations, establishing successful connections, expediting deals, and avoiding pitfalls that slow down or jeopardize deals only take a few clicks. Leveraging this intelligence is often the difference between winning or losing a deal.”

An excellent example of how brands can leverage this new intelligence is by flagging contacts that sales teams have not yet engaged with, ensuring no prospect slips through the cracks.”

For example, Chorus notifies a sales rep that their deal “lacks executive involvement” and goes on to identify the ideal contact to revive the deal.

In addition to the ZoomInfo integrations, the introduction of Momentum Signals, the latest feature to be added to Chorus’ Momentum suite, enhances deal risk and recommendation alerts within every call.

The Signals identify potential issues in real time and inform the user when a deal needs immediate attention by sending notifications based on tracked conversation history and activity, CRM data, and conversation insights.

Back in July 2021, ZoomInfo announced their acquisition of Chorus.AI for $575 million, with the first integrations rolling out in September that year.
