Cloud communications firm Voximplant has launched a beta version of Avatar, its new Natural Language Processing service that allows developers to improve their omnichannel communications workflows.

Avatar enables developers to embed flexible NLP functionality into their communications solutions and build smart IVRs, voice bots, and chatbots. It deals with the backend and data management of the solutions, leaving developers with more time to work on the front end.

Developers can utilise Avatar to build complex AI-powered bots that offer self-service on both text and voice channels.

Alexey Aylarov, CEO and Co-founder of Voximplant, said:

“We at Voximplant believe that the next generation of CPaaS is about intelligent services mixed together with easily programmable omnichannel communication capabilities and that this brings maximum value to our existing and future customers,.

“We will continue to build AI-powered capabilities for our Platform to ensure our customers can delight their customers.”

Voximplant serves clients from various industries, including banking, logistics, retail and eCommerce. Its services are available in over 150 countries, with global brands such as Hyundai and Burger King leveraging its AI communications capabilities.
