Marketing platform Epsilon has launched a new customer messaging solution known as Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging Essentials. 

Building on the Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging platform, the solution is intended for mid-market companies, as it does not require a long-term contract. 

Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging uses an identity solution known as CORE ID to recognise and reach US consumers while remaining secure and compliant, before allowing marketers to send individualised messages across channels such as email, SMS and mobile push. CORE ID connects identities across the web, as well as offline and in-app – allowing brands to reach individual members with more relevant experiences and build stronger customer loyalty. 

Omni-Channel Messaging Capabilities 

The company’s new Messaging Essentials solution features campaign-specific capabilities such as Dialogues, which allows users to set marketing automations that respond to customer behaviours and signals, as well as SignUp+ which identifies the best targets and serves digital ads which capture profile data – enabling personalised onboarding experiences.

The launch builds on previous products targeting mid-sized customers. A dedicated loyalty management solution, Epsilon PeopleCloud Loyalty Essentials, was also launched last year. Loyalty Essentials again leverages CORE ID to deliver personalised rewards and other experiences.
