Invoca has announced the launch of Lost Sales Recovery, a new solution that spots missed sales conversion opportunities that occur when high-intent callers fail to reach a live agent due to hanging up or voicemail.

The solution helps businesses recapture revenue from missed calls and make visible the entire digital-to-phone call journey that leads to unanswered high-intent calls. The insights from these calls can be used to call back or schedule a digital incentive before the customer calls a competitor.

For callers that don’t need an immediate response, unanswered calls data can also uncover and help diagnose when, where, and why calls are not being answered, identifying staffing issues, confusing IVR experiences, or malfunctioning equipment.

Invoca says Lost Sales Recovery can dramatically improve performance for sales leaders, marketing leaders, and businesses with multiple locations or franchises. It allows sales leaders to quickly see and act on real-time unanswered sales call alerts across every location.
