Five9 has announced the global availability of its solutions on Google Cloud Marketplace.

Global businesses can now access and deploy Five9 through Google Cloud, streamlining procurement, billing, and AI-driven CX implementation for joint customers.

Businesses will also be able to optimize Google Cloud spending and integrate Five9 into their existing cloud infrastructure for faster value realization.

Five9 claims that this global access will allow users to boost agent productivity, shorten wait times, and accelerate issue resolution, as well as foster loyalty and business growth.

In discussing the news, Jake Butterbaugh, SVP of Global Partner Organization at Five9, commented:

“We are excited to deepen our partnership with Google Cloud, making Five9 AI-powered CX solutions easily accessible to businesses operating from anywhere in the world via Google Cloud Marketplace.

We are focused on helping customers seamlessly integrate Five9 with their existing Google Cloud workloads to unlock even greater value and efficiency.

“This is a significant step forward in enabling customer success while future-proofing their technology stack for long-term scalability and innovation.”

The collaboration includes the availability of Five9 AI Agents for Google Cloud.

First announced in November of last year at the company’s CX Summit in Barcelona, the launch of its Five9 AI Agents marked the expansion of the vendor’s Genius AI suite.

This next-generation AI Agent builds on the Five9 Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) by integrating generative AI (GenAI) to deliver contextual responses without prior training.

It pulls information from trusted knowledge sources to provide relevant answers, enabling contact centers to automate more inquiries and reduce escalations.

Additionally, the AI Agent can recognize shifts in customer intent, keeping conversations on track and improving containment rates.

Dai Vu, Managing Director of Marketplace and ISV GTM Programs at Google Cloud, specifically outlined the importance of Five9’s AI Agents:

Bringing Five9 AI Agents to Google Cloud Marketplace will help customers quickly deploy, manage, and grow the solution on Google Cloud’s trusted, global infrastructure.

“Five9 can now securely scale and support customers on their digital transformation journeys,” he concluded.

Earlier this month, Five9 introduced a new brand identity to reflect its progress in the AI era.

In 2024, the company demonstrated its innovation with GenAI Studio, one of the first tools enabling customers to customize prompts for LLM-powered contact center features.

Elsewhere, Five9 also recently secured key reseller partnerships with CallTower and Intradiem.

Through CallTower, the Five9 Intelligent Cloud Contact Center will be integrated into CallTower’s global communications portfolio. This collaboration enables businesses to deploy Five9 alongside Microsoft Teams via Operator Connect, enhancing UCaaS integration.

In the partnership with Intradiem, Five9 will resell Intradiem’s contact center software to its own customer base, expanding its service offerings.
